Therefore, if you want to keep separate records for batches of goods with different expiration dates, you will need to enter the same goods in the ' Nomenclature ' directory several times. At the same time, for clarity, you can enter the date until which this product is valid in the name of the product. Field "Barcode" at the same time, leave it blank so that the program assigns a separate unique barcode for each batch of goods. In the future, you can paste over the goods with your own labels with your own barcodes.

Sales prices

Sometimes different prices are assigned to the same product. ' Selling prices ' are those at which the product will be sold to regular customers.

Enter the selling price for the item.

There may also be prices for distributors, if any. Or prices with discounts for certain holidays and dates.

Receipt and movement of goods

When there are product names and prices are affixed, goods can be received and moved between departments .

This is especially useful if you have several branches in a city or even a country. Then you can easily track the movement of items from the main warehouse across departments.
