The forms of primary documents for their use in the warehouses of a particular enterprise are determined and established by the administration of the enterprise, taking into account the applied system of accounting documentation of registering business transactions. At the same time, it is important that all goods arriving at the warehouse are recorded on time, but not a single product should leave, if instead of it there are no documents on its release, signed by financially responsible persons, issued and received the goods.
At the beginning or at the end of the book there is a table of contents of personal accounts indicating the numbers of personal accounts, names of material assets with their distinctive features and the number of sheets in the book. Warehouse books should be numbered and laced. The number of sheets in the book is certified by the signature of the chief accountant or a person authorized by them and the seal. Warehouse books are registered with the accounting service of the organization, about which an entry is made in the book with an indication of the register number.

It is in the Modules section, which is presented in the form of visually customizable tables, that you can control materials according to the electronic warehouse accounting book. For each accepted name, a separate record is created in the database, in which you can enter the most important characteristics of a given product. In contrast to the electronic document standard, in the software tables, you can specify not only the name, grade and quantity, but also other parameters that you consider important and necessary for their further tracking.
You can indicate composition, shelf life, brand, category, kit availability, and other things. And if keeping a book of records in paper version is limited by the number of pages, then in electronic, automated display it has no restrictions on the amount of processed information. Also, the workspace of the universal application allows you to control absolutely any type of products and services. In the book of supervision, in paper or electronic form, only information is recorded on the receipt and consumption of inventories, and sometimes on their write-off, but registration is not kept on the internal movement of the enterprise.
