Warehouse accounting in production must be prompt and reliable, must be a reliable storage facility, since there are concentrated circulating and fixed assets of the enterprise, therefore regular control of production in the warehouse is of great importance.

Warehouse accounting in production provides for the performance of the functions of control over the warehouse by responsible persons and the accounting service, who check the timeliness and accuracy of the preparation of documents for any movement of products from the warehouse to the warehouse or production. Upon arrival, production in the inventory goes through such operations as quality control like identification, and samples, drawing up an invoice for posting it to the balance of the enterprise, the procedure of registering and storing. The calculation of inventory costs includes several components, namely, the wages of inventory personnel, social security contributions, maintenance costs of warehouses and inventory equipment, depreciation costs, insurance premiums, payment for security services, etc. Keeping store records in production is accompanied by informing about the current balances of production raw materials and finished products, while the information must be confirmed by inventory workers, materially responsible persons exercising regular control over the quantity and quality of stocks.
