According to the organization structure of all information bases, at the top there is a general list of its participants - the vehicles themselves, clicking on one of them opens tabs at the bottom of the screen, which provide a detailed description of individual characteristics of the tractor and trailer, since when organizing work, they can be used separately, and accounting will go separately for each part.

The organization of accounting for the operation of vehicles begins with the registration of each vehicle in the database, for which a special form is opened, where all information about the transport unit is placed - model, brand, mileage, carrying capacity, other technical parameters, owner. Each vehicle has a registration number, also shown on this form. After filling the window, information about vehicles is automatically displayed in a line-by-line format at the top and with details by tabs at the bottom. Thanks to this organization of information, you can quickly get all the data about the vehicle by choosing any of the huge list, and keep records of its work.

One of the tabs in the software configuration for organizing work accounting is related to registration documents for transport - its content reflects the validity periods of each document, when approaching the end of which the system will automatically notify about the need for an early replacement, which is very convenient, since the likelihood that vehicles will be prepared for the voyage, and their documents will be overdue. This tab indicates whether all documents are available for the current vehicle operation.

The software configuration for the organization of work accounting automatically compiles a production plan for the operation of vehicles, where it keeps records of their operating activities, fixing the period of decommissioning for technical inspection and / or maintenance, for which the terms are predetermined in accordance with the standards for organizing maintenance, in accordance with the established in the trucking industry to the rules for the operation of vehicles. These periods are highlighted in red in the production plan to attract the attention of logisticians when they are planning new shipments and looking for transport for them.

If the vehicle is under maintenance, then clicking on this period highlighted in red will display a window with a full description of the work performed, if the vehicle is on a voyage, a click will open a window where it will be indicated whether the vehicle is loading or unloading, on the way - empty or with a load. Such automated control over the organization of traffic allows reducing the costs of drivers by minimizing downtime, reducing the cost of fuels and lubricants, eliminating the possibility of unauthorized flights, increasing the efficiency of transport operation by organizing strict time, mileage, and fuel consumption regulations for each route.

At the same time, the drivers themselves can participate in the organization of primary and current information to be entered into the program, which will significantly speed up information exchange between departments and allow the management of the motor transport organization to respond more quickly to various emergency situations that occur periodically on the road.
