How to spend money? Very easy and fast! To register a new expense, go to the module "Money" .
A list of previously added financial transactions will appear.
For example, you paid the rent for a room today. Let's take this example to see how "add" in this table a new expense. A window for adding a new entry should appear, which we will fill in this way.
Specify "payment date" . The default is today. If we also pay in the program today, then nothing needs to be changed.
Since this is an expense for us, we fill in the field "From the checkout" . We choose exactly how we paid: in cash or by bank card .
When we spend the expense, the field "To the cashier" leave empty.
Next, select legal entity , if we have more than one. If only one, then nothing changes, since the value is substituted automatically.
"From the list of organizations" choose the one you paid for. Sometimes the cash flow is unrelated to other entities, such as when we deposit initial balances. For such cases, create a dummy entry in the table ' We ourselves '.
Specify financial article , which will show exactly what you spent the money on. If the reference does not yet have a suitable value, you can add it along the way.
Enter "payment amount" . The amount is indicated in the same currency as the selected payment method . To avoid confusion, you can even enter the name of the currency in the name of the payment method, for example: ' Bank account. USD '. And if the currency is not specified explicitly, then it will be considered that the payment method is in the national currency.
If the payment is in a foreign currency , the ' exchange rate ' of the currency will be automatically filled in when adding a new record. But with subsequent editing, it can be changed if necessary. And if the payment is in national currency, the rate should be equal to one. The unit in this case will be substituted by default .
