The main goal in the work of every organization is money . Our program has a whole section in the handbooks relating to financial resources. Let's start studying this section with a reference "currencies" .
The reference book of currencies may not be empty. Initially defined currencies are already added to the list. If it lacks those currencies that you also work with, you can easily add the missing items to the list of currencies.
If you double-click on the line ' KZT ', you will enter the mode "editing" and you will see that this currency has a checkmark "Main" .
If you are not from Kazakhstan, then you do not need this currency.
For example, you are from Ukraine.
You can change the name of the currency to ' Ukrainian Hryvnia '.
At the end of editing , click the button "Save" .
But! If your base currency is ' Russian Ruble ', ' US Dollar ' or ' Euro ', then the previous method does not work for you! Because when you try to save a record, you will get an error . The error will be that these currencies are already in our list.
Therefore, if you, for example, are from Russia, then we do it differently.
By double clicking on ' KZT ', simply uncheck the box "Main" .
After that, also open your native currency ' RUB ' for editing and make it the main one by checking the appropriate box.
If you also work with other currencies, then they can also be easily added . Just not in the way we got the ' Ukrainian hryvnia ' in the example above! After all, we received it in a quick way as a result of replacing the ' Kazakh tenge ' with the currency you need. And other missing currencies should be added through the command "Add" in the context menu.
At the moment, more than 150 different currencies are used in the world. With any of them, you can easily work in the program. The currencies of the world are very diverse. But some of them are in circulation in several countries at once. Below you can see the currencies of the countries in the form of a list. World currencies are written on one side, and country names are indicated on the other side of the pivot table.
