The customer's order history is perfectly displayed in the database. In addition, sometimes it is required that some information, if necessary, can be provided on paper. For this, documents of a certain sample are made. One of these is ' Customer Statement '.
This statement primarily includes a list of orders made by the client. Detailed information is provided for each order or purchase. It can be: order number, date, list of goods and services. Detailed customer statements even include information about the employee the customer was working with that day.
The main data in the history of customer orders are of a financial nature. Usually, both parties are interested in whether payment was made for services rendered and goods purchased? If there was a payment, was it in full? Therefore, first of all, in the statement of the client there is information about the existing or absent debt .
If you need to figure out whether the payment was made correctly on a certain day, then additional information about the payment method will also be required. For example, if the payment was made by bank transfer, then a bank statement can be taken to verify with the database.
And many more organizations practice accepting payment with virtual money, such as ' Bonuses '. Bonuses are given to buyers for paying with real money. Therefore, in the financial statement, you can also see information on accrued and spent bonuses. And even more often, you need to know the number of remaining bonuses that the client can spend on receiving new services or products.
Sly organizations encourage buyers to spend as much money as possible. Therefore, even in the financial statement there is data on the total amount of funds spent by the client. This, of course, is very beneficial for the organizations themselves. But, in order to create the illusion that this is also beneficial for customers, they resort to various tricks.
For example, when spending a certain amount, they can provide discounts on certain goods and services. That is, the client will be served according to a special price list . Or the client may start accruing more bonuses than accrued before. This is also an attractive factor in attracting gullible buyers.
