The order is also coordinated in the electronic system, which notifies users of the arrival of new tasks and ensures the timely implementation of cargo transportation, thereby contributing to receiving positive feedback from customers. After completing all preliminary procedures, delivery coordinators begin tracking the shipment: they monitor the passage of the route regularly, mark each section travelled, add comments and information about the costs incurred, and predict the estimated arrival date. Each order has its status and colour, which simplifies the process of tracking and informing customers. The other two sections of the software perform informational and analytical tasks.
