Delivery management in the automation program is organized in a real-time mode, when any operation performed is immediately displayed in the program, causing an instant recalculation of performance indicators that record the actual state of processes in the service. Delivery can be automated - not the transportation process itself, but the procedures for placing orders, accounting and calculating, control over execution - timing and quality.

The delivery service management program is the Universal Accounting System software for courier companies. Management means precisely the organization of work processes in the service, focused on the implementation of prompt and minimal delivery costs, compliance with all terms and conditions offered to the client who placed his order. Effective service management presupposes fulfillment of obligations according to the confirmed conditions, the delivery management program contributes to this and reduces the labor costs of the service for conducting day-to-day work, costs in time for their implementation, taking on many daily duties, relieving service personnel from them.

The delivery service management program has a simple menu of three sections - Modules, Directories, Reports. And only one of them is available to the staff for entering work data - these are Modules, where the operational activities of the service are registered, while the other two are designed to solve other tasks - Directories regulate the workflow for automatic management and accounting and accounting procedures, where the participation of employees is excluded, and The reports carry out evaluative activities, analyzing the current indicators for the period to identify achievements and negative aspects in the work of the service. In the management program, by the end of the period, various internal reports are drawn up, which will provide a full analysis of the processes as a whole and separately of their components, which will allow the service to optimize delivery, eliminating factors of negative influence on the formation of profits.

And it also contains an attached individual price list, according to which there will be an automatic calculation of the cost of services in the management program, if the customer has such a "bonus" preference offered by the delivery service to its regular customers.

There can be a lot of such personal price lists - the company itself forms prices to customers depending on the conditions of interaction, they make up a separate folder in the References block and, as they are awarded, are attached to the client base. Automatic calculation of the cost of the order asks to indicate the source of prices - the main price list or another when charging. The corresponding mark in the management program will confirm the choice of the price list, according to which the customer will receive the final amount to be paid, taking into account all operations. At the same time, the management program provides a complete list of operations for accrual in order to show the transparency of its calculations.
