The program itself can even offer the best option by automatically matching the address with the zone of "influence" of a particular courier and assessing his current employment. Applications are saved in their own database - the order database, assigning each its own status and the corresponding color, which reflect the degree of execution of the application and allow you to visually monitor the execution of the order, without wasting time searching for information and communicating with the courier, since all changes in the optimization program reflected independently - based on the information that couriers post in their electronic work forms for each delivery.
The order base also has its own kind of optimization - it can be easily formatted by the client to evaluate the activity, by couriers, to control the working volumes by shifts and for the period, by managers, to find out how effective he was in interacting with the client and how much he took in total requests for the day and for the period, for payment to determine the current receivables. In this database, each application has a detailed description of payment, cost of services, courier service costs - for this, active tabs have been formed for each option, within which the optimization program gives a detailed report, noting receipts from the client and fixing debt, if any. The distribution of payments is carried out by the optimization program automatically - each received amount is recorded in the corresponding tab at the request of the sending client.
