Management of the children's center involves many responsibilities, including accounting and settlement procedures, which are now carried out by the same automated management system. Let us briefly present some of the functions of the child center's management system and its databases, which are used to control the educational process. For example, the subscriptions database controls the attendance and payments of students for the selected academic subjects. A subscription is an electronic pass that is filled out when a student enrolls for a course and specifies the name of the student, the number of classes (usually 12 but the number can be adjusted to your wishes), the teacher, the period of attendance with the exact start time and the amount of advance payment made. If the prepayment does not fully cover the number of classes, the management system of the children's center takes control of the timing of the next transfer of payment by entering a color indicator in the class schedule – one more database that also serves as a control tool in the educational process. All groups of students are represented in the schedule according to the topics of classes and the time of attendance. If any of children have payment arrears and are close to it, the child center management system highlights this student in red in the schedule. This information comes, of course, from the subscription database, which has its own control over the number of classes attended and actual payment made; the internal link to the name of the group highlights the name in red in all documents where it is mentioned if there is a problem, drawing the staff's attention to the resolution of the situation.

As soon as such information is entered into the system, the balance between accounting indicators is disturbed and it is clear to everyone at once that something has gone wrong.
