This information comes, of course, from the subscription database, which has its own control over the number of classes attended and actual payment made; the internal link to the name of the group highlights the name in red in all documents where it is mentioned if there is a problem, drawing the staff's attention to the resolution of the situation.

The guilty person is easy to find - everyone who has the admission to the management system, receive an individual login and the protective password to it, the data entered by the user is marked by a login from the moment of entering in working journal, and this "mark" is saved in all corrections and deletions.
