For example, a database where all information about customers’ visits is kept, divides them by status and assigns a color to them, indicating where the visit has already been completed and paid for, where it is completed but not paid, etc. Red status color means that not all obligations have been fulfilled by the client, and the administrator is aware of who should be contacted first. Likewise, when compiling a list of receivables over which the program controls, the color determines the amount of the debt — the higher the amount, the brighter the color, which immediately prioritizes working with debtors without detailing specific debts.

To interact with customers, a single database of contractors is formed, where, in addition to them, suppliers and contractors with whom the sauna maintains relations will be listed. All contacts, including letters, call, and mailings, are stored in the database of customers, a contract, a price list, if the conditions are individual, are attached to the dossier of each. When calculating the cost for a visit, the program differentiates the terms of service according to price lists, so the charge is accurate and correct in relation to the client. When registering trade deals for the sale of inventory, registration is carried out by clients, trade positions and quantity, value, taking into account personal conditions, date of the deal.

In order to correctly track the time of visit, the program supports work with bracelets and club cards, they are registered in the database of customers by name or phone number. To identify the membership card, a bar code scanner is used — the USU Software can be integrated with many types of warehouse and commercial equipment, this increases the quality of a number of works. Our program also allows video control over cash transactions by integrating with CCTV cameras, reflecting products and the cost of a trade in the titles.

External communications are supported through electronic communication in the form of e-mail and SMS, it is used to send documents, organize various mailings, inform customers, and a lot more.
