Sauna control in the USU Software is carried out automatically. But what does it mean? This means that all business processes and accounting procedures in the sauna are controlled by an automated system, which is, first, an information system, but at the same time, it is still multi-functional. This means that the system itself makes decisions about assessing the state of the current processes, but not change them, but promptly notify the sauna about their deviation from the set parameters, which allows the sauna to quickly make a decision to correct the emergency situation. Thanks to automated control, the sauna can free workers from a number of daily duties, switch them to another area of work, which the program can no longer manage with. This refers to the provision of better services to the sauna customer.
Sauna control consists of monitoring indicators that characterize the state of work processes, and change automatically based on user readings entered into the program, which is the sauna workers themselves. Their task is to register each performed operation in the system by adding a mark of completion to it, while the marks are of a different nature — just put a tick in the required window, just scan the bar code on the pass, just something else. This won’t take much time for the staff, especially since the automation task is to minimize any costs of the sauna, including the time it takes to complete any work.
Control over registration, as such, is not conducted — users themselves are interested in this since these statistics are personal, and they are automatically accrued piece-rate remuneration at the end of the period, therefore it is in the employee's interests to mark each performance in order to receive a higher salary. An individual login is used as a tag, which is given to the user together with a protective password before starting work to control his access to service information. This control allows them to have in his work only that information, without which they won’t be able to complete the task, the rest of the data will be closed. Access control allows the sauna to protect the confidentiality of service data, safety is guaranteed by a backup, which is performed automatically according to a set schedule. Digital records of employees are monitored by the management of the sauna, checking their content for compliance with current processes.

To conduct control, several databases are formed, including a database of visits, a product line, a database of primary accounting documents, a single database of counter-parties, and a sales database. There are others, but those listed relate to control over operating activities and are the most significant for the formation of performance indicators. For example, the base of visits is a visit of each client during the day, a preliminary appointment for a certain time, a visit that took place. Each visit has the status of completed, active, reservation, in arrears. Each status, in turn, has a color through which the control program will show the visit status for performing work with it, including the collection of debt. The color is very actively used by the control of the sauna to indicate the state of current indicators, which allow workers to visually control them, reacting only to the appearance of a red color, which will indicate a deviation of the process from the set route.
For example, those visits that have not yet been paid for, or the client has not rented out the rented inventory, are highlighted in red in the database of visits. This database lists all the services received by the visitor during this visit, the cost of each and the visit as a whole, hours of staying in the sauna. At any time, you can get information on the selected date, who visited the sauna, what services were ordered, what was the price of the visit. In the same way, you can establish control over a client by making a sample for him and determine how often he visits the sauna, what is his average bill, what needs. This data allows you to control traffic, demand for services, and customer activity.
In the sauna, certain types of inventory can be rented, others sold. Control over sales is also automated — each trade is reflected in a special form called a sales window, where the sauna worker indicates what exactly he sold to the client and at what cost, when it happened, whether a discount was provided, what was the payment method. At the same time, the employee does not spend a lot of time on this record in a matter of seconds, since all the information is presented in the sales window, have time to select it with the mouse, and it will take the right place by filling out the form. The sales window is tightly connected with the product range and the base of counter-parties — the window provides active links to select commodity items and the customer-buyer. As soon as the product is selected and sold, warehouse accounting joins the payment control and writes off the automatically realized inventory from the warehouse and from the stock list, where the quantity of the product on the sauna balance is marked. The received payment will be automatically credited to the corresponding account.
