External interaction with contractors is carried out through electronic communication in the form of e-mail, SMS, it is used to send documents and organize various mailings. Organization of mailings is a tool for promoting services, a set of text templates has been prepared for them, there is a spelling function, any format — selectively and in large quantities. The list of subscribers is compiled automatically according to the specified criteria, according to the category of customers marked in the CRM — a single database of contractors, sending is carried out from it.

In CRM, customers, suppliers, contractors are represented, each has a dossier, or a history of interaction, where calls, letters, mailings, invoices, etc. are stored in chronological order. Any documents can be attached to the dossier, including contracts and a price list, if the client has individual conditions of service, the cost will be charged according to it. In CRM, customers are divided into categories, of which they form target groups according to preferences and organize a mailing with a point informational occasion to stimulate sales. To account for inventory that can be leased to visitors or sold to them, there is a nomenclature where commodity items with trade parameters for selection are presented.

If the inventory is rented, this is noted in the database of visits, the rental cost is in the final amount of the calculation, when the visitor leaves, the base will give a signal to return the inventory. To save time, the system itself monitors deadlines and obligations, using color indicators for this, and reports a change in the situation by changing the colors of indicators. In the database of visits, where customer visits, names, and scope of services, rental of equipment are registered, each case has its own color and demonstrates the current state of the visit. At the end of the visit, the system will color the client's case in red so that the employee does not forget to receive payment and rented inventory, after the calculation, the case will turn gray.

If the inventory is intended for sale, a sales base is formed, where each trade operation will be marked with a detailed description of the transaction by the buyer, goods, amount. All movements of commodity items are documented by waybills — of which they form the base of primary accounting documents, dividing by status and color, according to the type of transfer of goods and materials. Warehouse accounting offers operational data on the actual quantity of goods under the report and in the warehouse since it automatically writes off the sold goods after they have been paid for.
