The vehicles accounting offers only unified electronic forms related to different processes but all with the same filling principle and the same principle of distributing information over the structure of the document. This allows the user not to waste time on visual processing of the electronic form when moving from one process to another, and the savings in working time will be very significant.

The vehicles and drivers accounting strictly follows all the deadlines, reminding the responsible person in advance of the need to replace documents and the schedule to monitor maintenance and medical examination.

Users keep their electronic journals, registering the execution of tasks, individual operations, and everything that is included in their responsibilities. Based on the entered information, the program automatically replaces or adds new readings to the existing ones, which are in the databases. At the same time, information can come from different services and be duplicated in documents due to the intersection of areas of interest.
For example, information about the periods of transport employment and maintenance is presented both in the transport database and on the production schedule, while the information in the database is considered primary, and the schedule is formed on its basis. Therefore, employees of different profiles must work in the automated accounting system. In this case, the information complements each other, and the overall picture of the production process will be reflected not only correctly, but also fully.

Each client has a ‘dossier’, which presents a plan of work with him, an archive of relations from the moment of registration, and contacts. In the archive of relations with clients, previously sent price offers, texts of information and advertising mailings, and a list of all work performed are saved.
The program has a database of orders, made up of applications received from customers, including for transportation, and each of them has a status and colour, reflecting readiness. When passing the next section of the route, the driver or the coordinator marks its completion in their journals, which is immediately displayed in other documents and the order base. When the location of the cargo changes, the status of the application and its colour change automatically, allowing the manager to visually control the stages of transportation.
