The program for filling out transport documents provides management of documents in automatic mode, for which the program offers special forms, called management windows, through which primary, current data is entered into the program for the actual reflection of the production process.

Different forms for filling out transport documents have a special format, and they perform two tasks — speeding up the transport documents filling procedure and establishing the connection between new values and those that are already in the program for filling out transport documents. The peculiarity of the format lies in its abilities for automating paperwork — they contain a built-in menu with choices to pick from (the manager must select the appropriate choice from them) or give an active transition to a specific database to select the desired position in it, and then also return to the document form. This, of course, speeds up the flow of work with transport documents, and the data is ‘linked’ to each other through the menu and database.
