Any person can explain why water is important. It is not possible to live a normal life without this resource of our planet. Water has not been delivered in barrels for a long time (in any case, this cannot be found in cities), but it is still important to any person. The main problems that occur in the housing and utilities sector are about accruals for water, individual and general household metering devices, with which water is counted. It is the accruals, whether it is general house accruals for water, or, say, accruals for the general water use (there is no general metering devices in the house) that become the main headache to both consumers and utilities. The former obviously do not want to “pay extra” for the resource, while the latter are trying to explain that everything is not so simple, and there are nuances. Accruals of water and water heating really have a lot of nuances, which even a specialist cannot figure out on the fly. Links to the cost of services and the installation of metering devices (whole-building metering devices or individual ones), where water is taken into account, work poorly: water costs differently for consumers. The accrual in the absence of metering devices is just numbers to computer development (robot), the same as the accrual of failure to supply water meters. The robot is always objective; it will never mix up the tariffs of charging water. Household accruals will always be calculated separately from all others. The calculation of general household water needs, with the so-called individual metering devices, which traditionally causes a lot of controversy, becomes more correct.
