In the activities of a medical institution, a huge number of tasks accumulate. It is almost impossible to remember all of them. That is why our program suggests shifting some of the tasks to special separate software. This is the 'Task Scheduler' program. It allows you to organize various repetitive tasks and automate their execution. Tasks, statuses of their execution and other data are organized in convenient tables.
Keeping the scheduler online allows you to quickly make adjustments that the program will immediately process and take into account. In addition, the changes will become available to other users. The program also has a ' Blocking ' function, which helps to avoid errors. Such errors can appear if two users want to make changes to the same record at the same time.
There are three main job types in the scheduler: ' Generate Report ', ' Backup ' and ' Perform Action '. Most of the existing tasks can be divided into these categories, which are highlighted in different colors for convenience. After adding tasks, you can specify the name, type of task, execution time, additional parameters. In addition, you can select a specific action from the list. And if it is provided by the program, specify it for automatic execution.
Actions that need to be performed at a given frequency are best left to the program to perform. A person may forget to do something. Or it may be different on different days. This is called the 'human factor'. And the configured software will wait for the appointed time to happily perform the programmed action.
An example would be congratulating clients on their birthdays. An employee with a manual greeting needs a lot of time, especially if the database has several thousand customers. And this time, by the way, is paid by the employer. The program will take seconds to search for birthdays and send congratulations.
The program will even take into account the fact that some of the clients had birthdays on weekends. Such people will be congratulated on the next working day. Also, the program will correctly select the time for sending congratulations so that it is not too early or too late.

When you back up, you create a copy of your existing data. This is useful in cases where the system is threatened or you are planning to implement a major change. And you want to have a copy of the program without these changes.
