Highlight background color

These features are available only in the Standard and Professional program configurations.

Here we have already learned how to use conditional formatting with images.

Gradient using two colors

And now let's in the module "Patients" select the most solvent people using a gradient. The program will help us highlight certain values with a background color. To do this, we use the already familiar command "Conditional Formatting" .

Please read why you will not be able to read the instructions in parallel and work in the window that appears.

In the window that appears, the previous condition for formatting data can already be added. If it is, click the ' Edit ' button. And if there are no conditions, then click the ' New ' button.

Next, in the list of special effects, first select the value ' Format all cells based on their values through two color ranges '. Then select the colors for the smallest and largest value.

The color can be selected both from the list and using the color selection scale.

This is what the color picker looks like.

After that, you will return to the previous window, in which you will need to make sure that the special effect will be applied specifically to the ' Total spent ' field.

This is what the result will look like. The more money a patient has spent in your clinic, the greener the background of the cell will be. Unlike using a set of pictures with such a selection, there are much more shades for intermediate values.

Gradient using three colors

But you can make a gradient using three colors. For this kind of special effect, select ' Format all cells based on their values across three color ranges '.

In the same way, select the colors and change the special effect settings if necessary.

In this case, the result will already look like this. You can see that the palette of intermediate colors is much richer.
