Out-of-stock order

It is very important to order an out-of-stock item. Sometimes, upon request from a client, a situation arises when the required product is not available. So the sale is not possible. This can happen if the desired product, in principle, is not in your assortment. Or if this product is completely over. Keeping statistics on such issues is very useful for identifying real customer requests.

What are the problems for sellers?

As a rule, sellers forget about the missing product. This information does not reach the head of the organization and is simply lost. Therefore, an unsatisfied customer leaves, and the situation with the products on the counter does not change. In order to prevent such a problem, there are certain mechanisms. With their help, the seller will easily mark missing tablets in the program, and the manager will be able to include them in the order at the next purchase .

Where to begin?

So, you decided to mark the absence of a product. To do this, let's first enter the module "sales" . When the search box appears, click the button "empty" . Then select action from above "Sell" .

There will be an automated workplace of the seller of pills.

Mark missing item

If patients ask for an item that you're out of stock or don't sell, you can mark such requests. This is called ' revealed demand '. It is possible to consider the issue of satisfying demand with a sufficiently large number of identical requests. If people ask for something related to your product, why not start selling it too and earn even more?!

To do this, go to the ' Ask for an out-of-stock item ' tab.

Below, in the input field, write what kind of medication was asked, and press the ' Add ' button.

The request will be added to the list.

If another buyer receives the same request, the number next to the product name will increase. In this way, it will be possible to identify which missing product people are more interested in.
