Client photo

Sometimes it happens that you need to add a photo to the client's profile. This is especially true for fitness rooms, medical centers and educational institutions. A photograph can make it easier to identify a person and help with the personalization of club cards . This does not require a separate program for customer photos. This function can be handled by the 'USU' program to automate your main work.

In the module "Patients" there is a tab at the bottom "Photo" , which displays the photo of the client selected on top.

Here you can upload one photo to be able to recognize the client at the meeting. You can also upload multiple photos to capture the patient's appearance before and after a particular treatment. This will make it easy to assess the quality of the services provided.

Face recognition

For large institutions, we are ready to offer even automatic face recognition . This is an expensive feature. But it will further increase customer loyalty. Since the receptionist will be able to recognize and greet each regular client by name.
