The organization of accounting for the operation of vehicles begins with the registration of each vehicle in the database, for which a special form is opened, where all information about the transport unit is placed - model, brand, mileage, carrying capacity, other technical parameters, owner. Each vehicle has a registration number, also shown on this form. After filling the window, information about vehicles is automatically displayed in a line-by-line format at the top and with details by tabs at the bottom. Thanks to this organization of information, you can quickly get all the data about the vehicle by choosing any of the huge list, and keep records of its work.
One of the tabs in the software configuration for organizing work accounting is related to registration documents for transport - its content reflects the validity periods of each document, when approaching the end of which the system will automatically notify about the need for an early replacement, which is very convenient, since the likelihood that vehicles will be prepared for the voyage, and their documents will be overdue.
