Information is automatically distributed across all documents related to a given patient, including entering into his or her personnel file, which the configuration of the treatment room logbook forms in CRM — a single database of customers, if the medical organization keeps accounting records of its patients since the treatment room accounting can work both autonomously and in the department of a medical center, a polyclinic, where such a record should be placed. Each employee has personal logbooks of keeping records of their work, noting in them the performance of all operations, including taking into account the bar code in the patient's receipt, so you can always track who provided what services and to whom in case the patient is dissatisfied with their quality. Invoices are stored in the database of primary accounting documents. Statuses and color indicate the type of transfer of inventories and visually divide the documentary database. The program performs any calculations automatically — each work operation has its own value, obtained during the calculation, taking into account the execution time, work. If consumables are used in the operation, their cost is also taken into account in its value terms in accordance with the used quantity of materials and goods. Based on the volume of finished tasks in personal logbooks filled in by employees, piecework wages are calculated for the period, as well as the dynamics of its changes are shown. At the end of the period, reports are automatically generated with an analysis of activities of all works, with an assessment of the activity of clients, the effectiveness of employees, and the demand for services.
