How to book a patient for an appointment? It's easy if you've done some prep work. Before you start working with the program, you need to fill in several reference books once, so that you can quickly select the desired values later.
To be able to book a patient with a doctor, you first need to fill out an employee directory .
Then show what schedule each doctor will work on.
If the doctor will receive piecework wages, enter employee rates .
For administrators, you need to set up access to view the shifts of different doctors.
Make a list of services that the medical center provides.

When the directories are filled, we can proceed to the main work in the program. All work begins with the fact that the patient who applied must be recorded.
Top of the main menu "Program" select a team "Recording" .
The main program window will appear. With it, you can book a patient for an appointment with a doctor.
At first "left" double-click on the name of the doctor to whom you will enroll the patient.
By default, the schedule for today and tomorrow is displayed.
Most of the time this is enough. But, if both days are full, you can change the displayed time period. To do this, specify a different end date for the period and click the magnifying glass button.
If the doctor has free time, we offer the patient a choice of time. To take the agreed time, just double-click on it with the left mouse button. Or click once with the right mouse button and select the command ' Take time '.
A window will appear.
First you need to select a patient by clicking on the button with ellipsis.

Then select the desired service from the list by the first letters.
To add the service to the list, press the ' Add to list ' button. Thus, you can add several services at once.
To complete the patient record, press the ' OK ' button.

That's all! As a result of these simple four actions, the patient will be scheduled for an appointment with a doctor.
