To do this, there is a special maintenance tab in the database, according to which it is easy to find out the planned maintenance times and the proposed work, as well as find out which ones were carried out earlier and what was to be replaced.

Such detailed information about each transport allows the transport company to select vehicles for different routes and cargoes, in accordance with their condition and capabilities. To plan transportation activities, the software draws up a production schedule, according to which the transportation company controls the movement and location of each vehicle, the types of work it performs at the current moment and the deadline for their completion. The graph has an interactive view and reflects information that coincides in time with the request, which is convenient and allows you to monitor the current state of the production process and the entire fleet.

On the graph, the software uses two colors - red and blue, the first indicates the period of being in the car service, the second indicates the execution of the route, by clicking on any of them, a window will open, where accurate information on the work performed at the car service and the route will be presented, respectively, indicating what has been done and what still needs to be done. This schedule is used by structural units for various purposes, including logistics, accounting, transport workers. The information is updated on the graph by the employees of the transport company who monitor the transport - coordinators, drivers, technicians, foremen from the car service, but not directly, but indirectly - noting the readings in their electronic journals, which are generated by the software in a special format that makes it possible to speed up the data entry process and in parallel to establish a mutual connection between them.
