The schedule includes the planning and distribution of road vehicles, taking into account the currently available traffic volume, and for each of them the period is indicated when road vehicles will have to undergo inspection and / or maintenance at a car service. The graph has an interactive format - when you click on the selected period, a window appears with a detailed description of what a particular road vehicle is currently occupied with. If you are in a car service, then what work is being done there and how soon will it be completed; if you are on a voyage, then on what section of the route, with cargo or empty, with the cooling mode turned on or not.
The information comes from the coordinators of the organization, but not directly into the schedule, but through their working marks in electronic journals, which are purely personal for each employee of the organization, since everyone is personally responsible for the accuracy of their data. An automated accounting system collects this disparate information, sorts them by road vehicles, processes and displays ready-made results on a graph, while the accounting and calculation procedure takes a fraction of a second, so employees of the organization receive an instant response to their request after the coordinators enter new data.
The task of the organization's employees includes only the prompt input of new data that appears as road vehicles perform work, and the faster the addition of primary and current information to the accounting system, the more accurately the real state of the production process with the participation of road vehicles will be reflected.

The organization of accounting also provides for the calculation of the cost of the route, including all travel expenses, including fuel consumption, per diem for the driver, payment for parking and entry to private territories. At the end of the voyage, it is the turn of accounting for actual expenses, which are also recorded in the program for accounting and analysis of deviations from planned indicators, which gives a lot of interesting information on the state of work processes in the organization itself.
