The storage system in the USU Software system is organized in the WMS system format - address storage or SHV - temporary storage. There is also a version for classic warehouse accounting, but here we will pay attention to storage performed by the warehouse operator. The storage registration system begins to work with defining the rules of work processes for organizing storage and maintaining its accounting, for which purpose in the 'References' block, which is included in the program menu, they place initial information about the system - how it will work, what currencies to use for mutual settlements, what methods will accept payment, what equipment the warehouse has. In a word, 'Directories' are the registration of tangible and intangible assets of a warehouse, a section of settings, a 'brain' of a storage system. The efficiency of the entire storage registration system depends on the correctness of the procedure approved here.

To begin with, the 'Directories' enter information about all the assets of the storage system and detail its activities under different headings of settings - Money, Clients, Organization, Mailing, Warehouse, Services. In the 'Money' tab, they register currencies and payment methods, register expense items and sources of income, according to which the storage system will distribute costs and payments. In the 'Clients' tab, there is a catalog of categories, on its basis in the client base, which has a CRM system format, customers are classified, which will allow the storage system to form target groups, and the classifier is a matter of choosing a warehouse. The 'Organization' tab contains a list of employees who are intangible assets and a list of legal companies whose details the warehouse uses when drawing up documentation. By the way, the types of them are also indicated in the tab, and a list of remote offices if the storage system is a network. Newsletter - there are text templates for advertising and information campaigns to attract a client to the company's services. Warehouse - the structure of a storage system with a nomenclature, a list of warehouses, a classification of storage locations, a base of cells. These are tangible assets involved in the workflow, and the nomenclature is current assets. In the case of WMS and temporary storage warehouses belonging to customers, warehouses, and cells are classified as production and non-current assets and belong to the warehouse. Based on this information, the order of processes for storage, registration of goods, and maintenance of accounting procedures, organization of control over storage, and participation of assets in it are determined. A system for storing assets is the same storage system for warehouse accounting, where assets are the inventories of an enterprise that are involved in the production of its products. There are two more blocks in the menu - 'Modules' and 'Reports', inside surprisingly similar to the 'References' block, since they have a similar internal structure and similar headings. The 'Modules' block is the registration of the operational activities of the enterprise, registration of changes in the state of its assets, tangible and intangible, the workplace of the personnel, the location of current documentation. Here is the registration of all work operations - registration of client applications, registration of supplies of materials and goods, registration of payment for warehouse services, registration of the work performed, according to which in the same block is the calculation of piecework wages to employees.
