It should also be said that all databases have their classification in order to organize their information and make it easier to work with them since they do not decrease over time, but only grow.
In the configuration that keeps control in the optics, information is received through special forms, which are also called windows. There is a client window, a product window, and a sale window. The essence of such forms is that, on the one hand, they speed up the process of entering information due to their special format, and at the same time, on the other hand, they connect the entered data with each other and with data from other categories - different databases, for example. Due to the formation of such internal links, software control is established over the reliability of information posted by employees of the optics salon in their electronic journals. When false information enters the automated system, an imbalance occurs, formed through such connections, which immediately leads to an immediately manifested imbalance of indicators and the prompt identification of the source from which the failure begins.
