All electronic forms are unified and have a common format and one rule for data entry. These are several simple algorithms that are easy to remember and bring to automatism in a short time.
The workstation of dispatcher system offers electronic communication for contacts with customers and suppliers. There are several types of notification, including Viber, e-mail, SMS, and voice announcements. Each customer will be promptly informed about the location of the cargo, the vehicle, and the time of arrival, and receive regular information with advertising mailings. They are prepared and sent automatically. It is enough to set the required audience parameters, select the desired text, and issue a command.
For mailings, a set of text templates has been prepared in advance. The spelling function monitors the literacy of the letters. The program will compile a list of recipients by itself, consider the consent of clients to such mailing, select the text, and send a message from the client base to the contacts placed in it. The client base stores ‘personal files’ of clients, where there are calls, letters, mailings, and orders chronologically, for which the history of interaction is restored.
