The workstation of dispatcher system offers electronic communication for contacts with customers and suppliers. There are several types of notification, including Viber, e-mail, SMS, and voice announcements. Each customer will be promptly informed about the location of the cargo, the vehicle, and the time of arrival, and receive regular information with advertising mailings.
