The USU Software is a transport enterprise management system that can be installed on the computers of the transport enterprise by our development team remotely via the Internet. In terms of its structure, the automated transport enterprise management system is very simple – it has three structural blocks in the menu, which are practically identical in the names of the internal tabs and consistently perform their functions in the system.
‘Directories’, ‘Modules’ and ‘Reports’ are the three main ‘pillars’ of managing a transport enterprise in an automated format, each has its own tasks. While two sections, Directories, and Reports, are not available for entering user information, since their purpose is different – in the first case, it is a complete set of processes in the management system, the definition of the regulation of operations and the hierarchy of accounting procedures, the regulation of production activities, the automation of calculations, in the second case it is the analysis and assessment of the operating activities of the transport enterprise, which is organized in the Modules section. It is in the Modules section where users' forms are placed, in which they enter their statistical data of work processes, register the operations performed by them and add the results obtained during the performance of their duties. It is in the Modules that all changes in the production process of the transport enterprise are saved, documents are formed, and performance indicators are recorded.

These management functions belong to the automated system, and the management of the transport enterprise receives convenient reports generated by it, from which it receives all the necessary information.
For example, a production schedule is formed by an automated management system for a transport enterprise, where a plan for transportation and maintenance is generated for the enterprise as a whole and for each transport unit separately. Information in the chart is interactive - it changes every time new values are added to the control system, if they are related to objects, subjects and processes are also recorded in the chart. To manage a transport enterprise to receive information about a specific transport unit, just click on the period of its employment, marked in blue, and the automated system will present a detailed description of the tasks for the specified dates. If you click on the period highlighted in red, when the vehicle is in the car service, a window will appear with a complete list of planned or already performed work.

At the same time, the schedule is not corrected by anyone - its filling is also automated and is carried out on the basis of data coming into the system from users from various services, for example, planning maintenance periods – from transport workers, performing repair work – from a transport repair service, flight control – from logisticians, flights – from coordinators. Everyone does their job, marking the stages of completion of their tasks, and the automated system collects this information, sorts it, and processes it, distributing it to all processes that are relevant to the information received.
In addition to the production schedule, several more databases are presented in the automated management system of the transport company, including the database of transport and drivers, the nomenclature, and a single database of contractors, invoices and orders, and others. In these information systems of the ‘local’ level, all changes are also noted, on the basis of which it is possible to form an idea of the current processes, this responsibility is again assumed by the automated system - it provides reports by the end of each period, for the compilation of which there is a separate block in the menu.
