A similar database is formed in delivery systems for customers - this is a CRM system, where detailed information is given about each of its participants, indicating their needs for medicinal substances. And there is the same database for orders, where completed orders for the delivery of medicinal substances are marked and accepted for calculation. When accepting an order, the manager turns to a special form, where, first of all, he indicates the client, choosing him from the client base - the transition to it is carried out immediately by clicking on the corresponding cell "Client". It should be noted that the data is entered into the form by choosing answers from the drop-down menus built into the fields for filling, or by moving from one database to another with an automatic return to the original cell. Only primary data are entered manually.

This principle of data entry in systems is due to the formation of stable relationships between values from different categories in order to exclude the entry of false information and erroneous information, which periodically happens when filling in manually. After specifying in the client form, other fields are automatically filled with information that is directly related to him - delivery address, list of medicinal substances that were previously ordered, quantity, etc. The manager selects the option corresponding to the request from the proposed one or enters a new one from the database of medicinal substances , if there are changes in the content of the order, indicate the quantity, address, etc. The time for registration takes seconds, the system immediately transfers the information further - to the warehouse, courier, customer, accounting department.

Filling out special forms ensures that the system automatically generates a package of accompanying documents for the order, including a delivery slip and a receipt, in addition, accounting statements. The system automatically calculates the cost of drug delivery according to the price list, monitors the receipt of payment and records all debts if there is a partial prepayment relationship, which the system allows if there is a delivery contract. The stage of order execution is displayed in its status and color assigned to it, visually informing the manager about the execution, so there is no need for him to regularly check the current delivery status.
