Comparison of employees with the best employee of the organization

To find out which of the workers performs better, they can be compared with each other. This is done using a report. "Employee Comparison" .

Set any reporting period to view analytical data.

For the employee who earned more than others for the organization during the specified period, the arrow will show a 100% result.

This amount would be considered an ideal ' KPI ' - a key performance indicator. It is on this basis that the program will evaluate the results of all other employees. For each, their ' KPI ' will be calculated relative to the best employee in the organization.
