Control of personnel actions is an integral part of every manager's work. The competent control over the fulfillment of tasks determines how timely the company fulfills its obligations on orders, how well each department, office, workshop, branch, and so on works competently.

Monitoring the actions of personnel is necessary not only for office or production workers but also according to those who are remotely or whose work is related to transportation, business trips, and travel. In our USU Software system, you can control the actions of each colleague and view databases of work activity and completed tasks.

The user-friendly interface of our application does not require long training. Due to the absence of unnecessary elements and the convenient arrangement of the control, you can quickly navigate within the program and quickly add, find, change and delete any data and perform various other actions.

All information in the USU Software is stored in subsections, which in turn are grouped into corresponding sections. To a convenient search, we have added and configured quick search strings, in which you can search information even by several characters, without entering the full name of the organization, department, product name, deal number, or the name of a colleague.

Who is the developer?

In our application monitoring personnel actions, you can control the labor actions of all personnel during the day. After running on your colleague's computer, the time of work in each application is recorded and screenshots are taken at regular intervals. There are 10 snapshots in quick access, from which you can determine what your personnel has been doing recently. The rest of the snapshots are stored in a database to which you have permanent access.

To each employee, you can create a detailed work schedule a day, week, month, or any other period and track the performance of certain tasks. If your colleague does not start working in the program at the specified time or is overdue, you receive a notification about this. You can set up notifications yourself for each worker.

In our application, you can perform not only control over the actions of your personnel but also compare their performance in terms of the time they spend on performing certain tasks. This approach will allow you to correctly distribute the workload, as well as make it clear in a timely manner which personnel needs, for example, rest, retraining, or reducing the workload to prevent a decrease in their performance and failure to meet the deadlines completing tasks, and which ones can increase the workload or, for example, send them to another direction.

To make it easier to analyze the data, we have added the ability to display them not only in text form but also graphically, indicating information in quantitative and percentage versions. So, you can see what process of time managers spend on office work with documents, and which on concluding contracts. To draw up their work schedule, you can use accurate numerical data about the time they spent on each specific task.
