The control of cleaning services in the USU-Soft system is carried out in accordance with generally accepted provisions and norms, which are presented in the information database built into the automated control system and regularly updated. It also contains instructions for the daily monitoring of the provision of cleaning services and other regulations that impose certain requirements for the quality of cleaning services when provided to customers. Cleaning services, control over which is automated, have as many quality levels as the cleaning service company chooses, although there are several different classifications where the measurement scale corresponds to certain standards. The main criterion for the provision of any service is customer satisfaction. The selected scale of measurements, or, if it is simpler, the criteria of assessing quality, is set up together with the regulations of work processes, according to which the procedure of the provision of cleaning services, accounting and control over them is observed. The Directories block is provided - the first of three in the program menu, from which the control software starts. There is the initial information about the company, including a list of tangible and intangible assets, and a directory.

Comparison of the real indicators of the quality of cleaning services with the norms of their provision specified in the instructions is carried out automatically on a daily basis. Monitoring of the cleaning services is organized in the Modules block - the second of three in the program menu, which is designed to register daily activities, including the provision of cleaning services, in accordance with this instruction. To organize control, employees of a cleaning company responsible for a specific scope of work are given personal electronic forms in which they note the results obtained during the performance of duties, in particular, when providing cleaning services. The control software offers a division of areas of responsibility, so users receive individual logins and passwords, which open access only to their electronic journals, where finished works are noted, and to a limited amount of service data sufficient to perform their duties.
