Replacement of goods for the client

If a customer wants to exchange an item for something else, a replacement can be done in the program. First, we make a return. Then immediately make a new sale.

Please note that you will not be able to complete the return and sale in one operation! To begin with, you will need to complete the return process, so you will understand the amount for which you can offer another product and then select the appropriate product from the range. Then, you walk through the normal sales process through the salesperson window.
