Legal entities are information about companies that use the pharmacy management program. They are needed in the future for the execution of documents and reporting on them. In order to create a legal entity, we need to go to the tabs "Directories" - "Organization" - "Companies".
To add a legal entity, right-click anywhere in the workspace and select "Add ..." or by pressing the hotkey Insert
In the window that appears, fill in the information we need. If you manage more than one legal entity, then in order to select the parent company, you will need to tick the box in front of the "Main" item. After everything is ready, click the Save button and make sure that the name of the new company appears in the list of legal entities.
