All information is regularly analyzed, the result of which is provided by the end of the reporting period in a convenient form - tables and graphs, diagrams. For all vehicles, an assessment of efficiency will be given as a whole and separately for each of them, a rating of participation in the production process by the volume of completed work (number of trips, total mileage, speed of execution, fuel consumption) will be built, which allows keeping records of the involvement of each vehicle. In addition, the system keeps a record of registration documents for each transport by validity period, which allows all cars to be always ready for a new trip.
