Commercial products that a trade enterprise purchases for the purpose of subsequent resale can be delivered to the warehouse of this organization and the trade enterprise can also collect it outward its own warehouse. The waybill contains such components as the period of issue of the products and the records gage, the full denomination of the supplier and the customer, the full and brief specification of the commercial products, the capacity and amount of commercial products, the cost per unit of commercial products, the complete price of all products released from the warehouse, including value-added tax. The value-added tax must be shown on a particular branch in the document. The waybill, which is applied to the products being released, is drawn up in the form of four duplicates. Two duplicates are despatch to the supplier, one duplicate is despatch to the warehouse, the second duplicate goes to the accounting administration, and two duplicates are despatch to the customer. One copy goes to the accounting administration, the second duplicate goes to a financially responsible person. Each waybill must be licensed with the seal of the supplier and recipient, and they are all licensed by the signatures of the materially responsible persons. Thus, the materially responsible persons confirm that one of them released the marketable products, and the second accepted it. If the shipment of commercial products is not violated, the acceptance procedure, in this case, is carried out incommensurate with the number of destinations, indicators of weight in growth, or incommensurate with the number of units of commercial products and labeling on the receptacle. If the manipulation with accounting the valid availability of the products in the receptacle is not implemented, in this case, it will be necessary to enter a remark about this fact in the document accompanying the commercial products. In a situation where the quantitative and qualitative parameters converge with the parameters presented in the shipping documentation, then the accompanying documentation is attached to the transported products. In particular, these are invoices, consignment notes, and other types of documents, following which the qualitative and quantitative parameters of the incoming commercial products are certified, a stamp of the enterprise that purchases the goods is put, as a result of which it is indicated that the accepted commercial products correspond to the data provided by the accompanying accounting documentation.
