Easy integration of the USU Software system with critical processes tracking devices such as a data collection terminal and barcode scanner allows reading existing barcodes and automatically entering this information into the application database. Also, barcoding can be used for marking finished products at the time of their arrival from the workshop to the storage warehouse, and preparation for sale.

In the management system, the storage manager can create any nomenclature record, characterizing the product and generating a barcode by the article number, and then mark the items by printing it first on a sticker printer. With regard to carrying out storage activities or external audits, they are also performed by the system automatically. All that is required of your employees is personal management and the use of a barcode scanner. All entered data are automatically entered into the inventory form, so you can count any number of items in the inventory. The system independently substitutes a pre-planned quantity of goods, according to the information already available in the application.
