At large enterprises, for each product name, the accounting department opens a warehouse accounting card and issues it to the warehouse employee against receipt in the register of cards. The cards are placed in the warehouse filing cabinet according to the product nomenclature numbers. The financially responsible person makes entries in the cards for each receipt and expense document on a separate line. After each entry, the balance of finished products is determined and recorded in the corresponding column. The accounting officer periodically checks the correctness of the receipt and expenditure documents and entries in the warehouse accounting cards. The check is carried out in the presence of a financially responsible person. The accountant confirms the correctness of the entries in the cards with his signature in the column control indicating the date of verification.
