Commodity management in warehouses provides the formation of several databases - the nomenclature series of managing the assortment of stocks, the invoice base of managing the movement of the assortment, the warehouse base of managing the storage of stocks in the warehouse. In the software configuration of warehouse management, other databases are presented that are indirectly related to commodity management - this is a database of counterparties, where information about customers who want to purchase specific goods from existing commodity is located, and about suppliers who organize the delivery of commodity to storage locations as well as an order base, where orders from customers are collected for the purchase of individual commodity items in the required quantity.

All documents must be properly executed and have the appropriate signatures. The base of counterparties allows you to organize the management of relations with customers and suppliers, especially since it has the most convenient format - CRM, the base of orders - management of requests, where each is assigned a status and color to it to indicate the stage of implementation, over which the employee of the enterprise conducts visual control - by terms of execution, readiness. Managing color in metrics enables you to save staff time when configured of warehouse management, which means time management. All the listed bases and others not included in this list have the same structure and consist of a general list of positions, according to their purpose, and a tab bar, where a detailed description of the position selected in the list is given - each tab describes its specific property. The warehouse management configuration uses only unified electronic forms, which makes it possible to reduce the time staff spend in it, which they need to enter primary and current information into the automated system, report the readiness of a task, and register a completed operation.

There is also an inverse export function, which is often used to output generated reports with an analysis of the enterprise's activities, which are compiled automatically at the end of each period - during the transfer process, the conversion is carried out into the format required to complete the task, while all the values retain their original form. The configuration of commodity management provides a regular analysis of processes, objects and entities, which allows you to organize effective management of all resources, find new opportunities to maximize profits, optimizing management and financial accounting.
