The accounting of goods in stock is automated in the USU-Soft program of goods and stock accounting, each product has an item number and individual trading characteristics, which include a barcode, factory article, etc. Any movement of products is documented by an invoice drawn up automatically – it is enough just to specify an identification parameter to clarify which particular product is in need, in what quantity and for what reason – the release of goods to the side or internal movement. All invoices are stored in the appropriate database in chronological order – by the date of compilation and have a registration number. In the database, invoices receive the status and color to it, which indicate the type of transfer of products and enable the warehouse employee to visually determine which document it is. Moreover, the invoice database is easily rebuilt for any search criterion – by numbering documents, by the responsible person who wrote it, by product, supplier, etc. and also easily returns to its original state. For accounting of goods in stock, a nomenclature is formed, which lists all the commodity items that the warehouse has, taking into account the identification parameters mentioned above for an operational search.
