Such companies are called optics, or optics salons, and conduct customer reception, including the definition of vision and the selection of accessories, in addition to the direct sale of glasses and lenses. The software of the optics salon is installed on work computers or other digital devices used in the optics salon and with the Windows operating system. The installation work is carried out by the developer via remote access using an Internet connection and, as ‘moral’ support, a short training course for future users is provided, while their number should not exceed the number of licenses purchased by the optics salon.

You just need to specify the individual parameter of the commodity item, its quantity, the basis of transmission, how the document will be ready with the number and current date and automatically saved in the invoice database, which is formed to account for the movement of products, and which is the subject of an analysis of consumer demand for goods offered in the optics. The program also introduces the classification of invoices to differentiate their base - visual, so that you can distinguish between incoming and outgoing waybills. They are assigned a status according to the type of transfer of inventory items, the status is supposed to have its own colour, so an optician or warehouse worker can visually differentiate documents received.
The customer base, where all information about customers, including potential and existing ones, is concentrated, has an internal classification by categories, similar to the nomenclature, but in this case, the categories are selected and approved by the salon itself, and a catalogue is also compiled from them, according to which target customer groups are formed. Working with a group of clients allows the optics to increase the scale of interaction with one appeal to the selected audience. As a rule, this happens in the form of a variety of mailings, the organization of which is supported by the software of the optics in any format - both in large quantities and personally, including groups, and has a built-in set of text templates that can satisfy all requests for information or advertising mailing.
