The accounting system for automation of credit independently records credits, excluding the participation of employees from the accounting procedure, but accepting assistance from them in the format of mandatory accounting of their own activities. This means that each of them must digitally record the performance of any operation within the scope of their duties so that current performance indicators will be reflected in the system for credit accounting automation. This color will indicate all problematic areas that accounting automation will identify as users do their work. If there are no deviations from the plan within the permitted range, the color can be any, but not red, and indicate that the personnel performed their duties correctly. Therefore, the control unit will react only to the red color as an emergency situation, while it will also receive an automatic notification from the automated system about the detected discrepancy.
