The automated accounting system generates an electronic schedule taking into account the work shifts of specialists, the staffing table and the number of rooms equipped for reception. According to an optimally compiled schedule that supports pre-registration, you can keep records of the polyclinic for almost all of the items listed above. If patients go to a polyclinic, they are assigned to an appointment with a doctor, adding the visitor's name to the schedule, from which you can easily assess the workload of doctors and find a free window for visiting. All clients who must come to the polyclinic are registered. At the end of the appointment, a checkbox appears in the schedule confirming the patient's visit to a specialist, from which the doctor and the volume of services that were provided to the client during the appointment are already recorded. This volume is indicated in the receipt, automatically generated by the automated accounting program of polyclinic accounting during admission, with full details of each procedure, drugs and price. The customer sees all the charges, and they do not surprise him or her - everything is clear and transparent. This calculation increases patients’ loyalty to the polyclinic.
