The consolidation management program generates cargo transportation requests, automatically sorting them for consolidation and full freight. In the application, the composition of the cargo and its dimensions, the delivery address, according to which the consolidation is distributed among vehicles, are noted. Of course, the consolidation management program needs information about the consignor and consignee of the goods, but for consolidation, it is the information about the goods and the route that is important. Based on these requests, sorted automatically by the program for managing the consolidation by routes and types of transport, dates of dispatch — according to a load of transport, a cargo plane is formed, while the requests are sorted by date of departure and a route sheet is formed for managing transport to collect goods from the specified addresses so that the entire consolidation is delivered to the warehouse on time for registration, labeling and, if required, for repackaging the collected items.
Delivery to the warehouse is recorded in the consolidation management program by means of invoices, they have compiled automatically and stored in their own database, having a number, a registration date, by which they can be easily found in the total number of packages, as well as other individual parameters that are already relevant to the content of the consignment note. Consolidated cargoes differ from others in that they are issued for transportation under a single consignment note, while their composition should not be similar, but close, so their sorting has a certain value. As soon as the collection and preparation of consolidated shipments are completed, the formation of transport documents takes place, which is also performed by the control program in automatic mode after entering all the information into a special document.

This information is immediately processed by the consolidation management program, sorting all received data by requests, and new information becomes available to all users. Furthermore, the consolidation management program automatically sends notifications to customers about the location of the cargo transport and the expected delivery time, if the client has confirmed his consent to receive such messages. It takes only a fraction of a second, so information exchange between all services is instantaneous — the indicators change automatically, demonstrating the stages of transportation. The requests in the management program form their own database, each is assigned a status and color to it, characterizing the degree of order fulfillment, this allows you to visually monitor the readiness of delivery without wasting time on specifying details.
