These are such tabs as “Money”, “Organization”, “Mailing list”, “Warehouse”. They are all divided into smaller and complementary tabs. For example, the "Money" tab is four different subheadings; one of them lists all the sources of financing for the organization, items of expenses for carrying out its activities and cargo transportations and payment methods for accepting payments for transportations. Cash flows registered in the Modules section are subject to the specified financial items, as well as the distribution of costs that accompany the production process. Operational activities in the software configuration of the organization of cargo transportations management adhere to the restrictive frameworks set by the Directories.
The "Organization" tab contains data about customers, carriers, vehicles, routes, branches, staffing table with the terms of employment contracts - in a word, everything that is related to this company. The "Mailing" tab is a set of text templates for organizing advertising and newsletters to customers in order to promote freight services and maintain their current activity to increase sales. If the organization has warehouses for storing cargo or goods, then the entire warehouse will be presented in the corresponding tab.

The databases presented in the management program are formed in this section - the nomenclature range, the register of carriers, drivers, the customer database, and others. All databases in the control program have a single format to present data - this is a general list at the top and a detailed description of the selected position in the bookmark bar located at the bottom of the screen. It is very convenient - users do not experience difficulties when moving from one database to another and bring their work to automaticity, which reduces the time spent on maintaining reports on completed tasks.
Further, the organization of cargo transportations management transfers the scope of work to two other sections, where the actual management of cargo transportations and the analysis at the end of the reporting period takes place.
