Due to automation, the interchange point can get rid of its control over funds, settlements made in foreign transactions, and documentation of them.

Who is the translator?

Accounting automation provides the cashier with a screen divided by colour segments, where the list of currencies involved in the exchange is presented in a column, next to the name of each is its designation according to the international three-digit system like KZT, RUR, EUR, the flag of national or union affiliation, the number of funds available in this interchange point of each denomination, and the current rate set by the regulator are indicated. Automation of accounting leaves this field with general information colourless, then there is a green zone, which is a purchase of currency. There are two columns - in the left the current rate, and in the right, you need to enter the amount of the surrendered currency, then the amount to be issued will be automatically presented in the rightmost yellow zone, which must be transferred to the cashier in exchange for currency received. In a similar way, in the automation of USU Software’s accounting, the blue zone, located between the green, which is a purchase, and yellow, the amount of the currency transaction in national money, works. The sale of currency also consists of two columns - the current rate and the field of entering the purchased amounts.

Everything is simple, calculations are made automatically, the speed of any calculation during accounting automation is a fraction of a second, so maintenance is minimal. You need only to process banknotes on a machine of counting money and check them for authenticity upon receipt. Information about the sale and purchase is automatically saved in the automation program, accounting of the funds received is in the current mode. So, when any currency arrives, its new amount is immediately displayed in the left colourless zone, after the sale, accordingly, it immediately decreases.
