Yes, the automation system conducts all calculations independently thanks to the calculation, which, in turn, owes its ability to the regulatory and methodological base collected for the courier delivery industry, which indicates all the norms and standards for the couriers to fulfill their duties, recommendations on paperwork, cost accounting and formulas for calculations, on the basis of which the calculation is set up and general calculations are made in the course of work. In the Reference books block, the procedure for performing all operations is established, taking into account which the internal activities of the service are organized, accounting and counting procedures are underway.
The next block Modules in the automation system is designed to display the operational work of managers and couriers and is responsible for the operational activities of the service. Here, new customers are registered, new orders are received and issued, current service documents are drawn up, and in automatic mode, the results of the service are recorded, invisible control over the work of employees is established, since all their activities are stored in the automation system in terms of content and time.
The last block, Reports in the automation system, provides an analysis of current indicators in the activities of couriers for a period, assesses each process, route, order. Thanks to the Reports, it is possible to clarify which of the clients brings the most profit to the company, who spends the most money on orders, which orders are more profitable, what is the profitability of each route. In addition, the automation system generates financial reports, thereby increasing the quality of financial accounting, where it shows expenses and income of the current period, compares them with similar indicators from the past tense, and provides a breakdown for each item and source.
In a word, the automation system has such a "block" structure - the organization of the process, its implementation and assessment of the quality of implementation. The work of couriers is changing dramatically - it becomes more efficient and accurate in time, the couriers themselves practically do not spend time confirming the completion of the work - they just need to put a “tick” against the delivered order, and the information will immediately spread to all other departments interested in it.
For example, in the automation system, the order base is designed in such a way that all orders are classified according to the degree of readiness - they have a status and color to it, which change automatically as information from the courier arrives in the automation system, and the manager in charge of relations with the customer visually determines the status readiness by controlling the color change.
