This allows organizing information on each and reporting for convenient presentation of various data. The dry cleaning program, the spreadsheets for which are formed in the automation program, receives an electronic document in a seemingly familiar format, while completely unusual to use. It is unusual due to the new features available in this document with the spreadsheets, which simply cannot be in ordinary spreadsheets. Firstly, all spreadsheets are easily rebuilt according to the selected criteria and also easily take the previous form, and the rebuilding is done by the spreadsheets independently. It is enough to indicate the priority of the parameters in the grouping. In such automated spreadsheets, columns and lines are easily moved and hidden and the work area is built in accordance with the field of activity of the employee. In addition to current documentation, internal reporting is formed, it contains the results of the analysis of dry cleaning activities at all points of application of work and an assessment of efficiency. Internal reporting is compiled in the format of spreadsheets, graphs and diagrams - convenient for a visual assessment of the results obtained and factors influencing the formation of profits. The set of internal reporting contains information on personnel, customers, cash flow, detergent consumption, as well as marketing and demand for services.
The client evaluates the quality of the finished work by sending an SMS message in response to the request, which is automatically reflected in the completed application, as well as in the personal files of the contractor and the customer. To conduct accounting of the work performed, an order database is organized. It contains all applications received by the dry cleaning; all have a status and color indicating the current state. If the order is in an execution mode, its status and color change automatically when the order moves from one stage to the next, while the operator monitors the deadline. The operator monitors the state of the work visually by the changing color; in case of deviation from the planned indicators, the color indicates this, which allows you to quickly solve problems.
